Anna Pengue

Anna Pengue is an experienced and compassionate clinical psychologist. Anna has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults. Anna completed her Masters of Psychology (Clinical) with distinction in 2012 and was awarded the Dean's Medal for this degree. She has worked in private practice since 2009. Anna co-founded East Sydney Psychologists in 2017 and since then has been providing therapy services to the local communities in Maroubra.

Anna has a particular interest in assessing and treating anxiety disorders. Anna’s other areas of practice include:

  • Adjustment difficulties

  • Depressive disorders

  • Insomnia

  • Mood disorders

  • PTSD

  • Stress management

  • Trauma

Anna particularly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults and has extensive experience in adolescent mental health. She is committed to counselling and supporting young people overcome the unique challenges and adversities they face, build on their strengths, develop resilience and realise their full potential.

Anna's therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental and compassionate. She works collaboratively with her clients to individually tailor treatment to their unique set of needs, interests and strengths.

Natasha Sindicich

Natasha Sindicich is a psychologist with a warm and empathetic nature. She provides personalised treatment to adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. She has worked in private practice for several years and co-founded East Sydney Psychologists in 2017 with the aim to provide psychology services to clients in the eastern suburbs and inner west. Natasha holds a Masters in Forensic Psychology.

Natasha has a particular interest and extensive experience providing therapeutic services for clients with anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as addictions. Her approach is collaborative and flexible, uniquely tailored to suit each client's individual needs and help them work towards their mental health goals.

Natasha's other areas of interests include:

  • Adolescents and young adults 

  • Grief and bereavement

  • Impulse control issues for ADHD adults and young people

  • Male health issues

  • Parents with parenting concerns

  • Post‐natal depression

  • Trauma

  • Working with Children (8yrs and older)

Dinelka de Silva

Dinelka is an experienced psychologist who enjoys working with clients in an open and non-judgemental environment, while helping them navigate through different life issues. The presentations she mainly works with are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem/self-confidence, stress, work related issues and couples counselling. 

The modalities of treatment are mainly Cognitive behaviour therapy, Acceptance & commitment therapy, Narrative and Solution focused therapy. Dinelka prefers working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing personal life crises, mental health or relationship issues. 


Dinelka has lived in 5 countries and loves experiencing new places and cultures. She completed her undergraduate psychology degree in California, USA and her postgraduate qualifications in Melbourne.

Malini Selvamahesan

BA (Psych) and MA (Professional Psychology)
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australia Psychological Society (APS).

Psychologist Session

Malini has experience working with a wide range of clients, including diverse cultures, children, adolescents and adults. She also has extensive experience working with people with mental health issues. 


Malini has a keen interest in working with people experiencing: 

  • Anxiety 

  • Mood disorders 

  • Self-esteem issues

  • Adjustment issues

  • OCD

  • Emotion regulation issues


Malini uses several evidence-based skills-focused approach incorporating:

  • Motivational Interviewing 

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy 

  • Graduated Exposure Therapy
